Washington, March 2. Millions of
dollars have been sent to Carranza
government of Mexico recently by
Germans in United States. x
This was one of countless develop
ments which began coming to light
today following discovery by Pres.
Wilson of a- carefully-planned plot to
unite Mexico and Japan with Ger
many in a war on the United States.
Definitely established today that
full instructions to German consuls
in United States were sent to Von
Bernstorff along with 2immrman
letter, instructions ordered further
dismantling of German ships In
American harbors in event of break
in relations and covered matter of
what "special agents" should be told
by consuls sent from country by
break of relations. Scope of orders
said to be broad and startling.
All go to show, it is officially de
clared, that, while at peace with" this
government, Germany was constant
ly plotting hostile acts against the
United States. Startling disclosures
promised.
There is evidence that kaiser had
his finger in revolution in Cuba and
Costa Rica.
