story, according to a statement is

absence, Marcy is the mysterious

Marcy today declared his inno-
cence of connection with the vice
ring and said he was a good friend
of State's Att'y Hoyne.
"If Hoyne had any charges against
me I'm sure he would call me in, be--cause
we have been good friends for
many years," declared Marcy. "I ;

were only of the cleanest sort"
