Almost, any vegetable salad may
be improved by a garnish of cold
cooked mushrooms minced very fine.
Or thin slices of cooked mushrooms
may be added to an endive or ro

may be added to the mayonnaise
used to dress any vegetables. The
addition of mushrooms makes a nu
tritious salad and is therefore desir
able when the salad is the main dish
