EMPLOYING SLUGGERS, HE SAYS
To strengthen their fight against
the Raincoat Makers' union, the Chi
cago Raincoat Co., now located at
1487 Carroll av., is hiring sluggers to
interfere with the strikers and is em
ploying scab negroes to work in the
shops, declared Louis Greenspun,
business agent for the union.
