LOCATION
Three miles from Phoenix, in heart
of the Sugar Beet Country, two miles
from Fair Ground Car Line. The
new Glendale Line will run probably
within half a mile, half mile from
Alhambra on the Santa -Fe. One
and one-half miles from Indian School
Car Line, five miles from the Sugar
Factory and Glendale. All these
advantages insure high priced land
as well as convenience for occupant.

This large tract of 580 acres has
been sub-divided into 10, 20 and 40
