THE ARIZONA REPUBLICAN, SUNDAY MORNING, APRIL 14, 1912.
HERE IS A FEATURE THAT MUST APPEAL TO EVERY PRACTICAL MECHAINC. A foot lever
raises both inner and outer shoes of the cutter bar simultaneously, lifting it over stones or other
obstacles and clearing the ground in turning corners. The dbuble bearings and gears on the Mc
Cormick mower are its strong feature. The bevel gear and spur pinion are mounted on the count
ershaft which runs in removable buildings, reducing noise and Insuring' smooth action. No other
mower is so equipped. Are not these reasons sufficient?
