MURDER MYSTERY AT ALAM0G0RD0 COLORED MAN FOUND DEAD NEAR JARILLA JUNCTION, AND WIFE SO BADLY WOUNDED AS TO MAKE RECOVERY VERY DOUBTFUL. A dispatch from Alamogordo, dated December 27, says: This city is the scene of a murder mystery which Is as yet baffling all efforts to solve. Tom Wilson and wife, both colored, are the victims. Wilson himself Is dead and his wife is not expected to live. The couple had, it appears, been living In Tucson, and had start ed back to Fort Smith, Ark. Sunday night the woman was found badly In jured near the railroad track, net far from Jarilla, Juneticn. Sne was taken to the hospi'sl at Alamogordo and every aid extended to her. Last night Wilson was found about half a mile south of Jarilla murdered. His throat was cut and there were other knife wounds upon Els person. The remains were taken to Alamo gordo where an Inquest was held. The deepest mystery surrounds the kill ing, and as yet no theory hag beeu advanced to explain it. Of course you are solng east.
