of Arizona, in and for the Countjr
Tne Territory of Arizona sends
greeting to w. W. Dodge, de
fendant: You are hereby required to ap
pear in an action brought against
you by the above named plaintiff
in the District Court of the Second
judicial District of the Territory
of Arizona, in and for the County
of Mohave, and to answer the com
plaint filed therein, within twenty
days (exclusive of the day of ser
vice) after the service on you of
this sismmons if served within
this county,or, if served out of this
county, but in this district, within
thirty days ; ohervise within
forty days or judgment by de
fault will be taken against you ac
cording to the prayer of said com
plaint. The said action is brought
to recover the siim of nineteen hun
dred dollars in the gold coin of the
United States,due from defendant
to plaintiff for labor done and per
formed at your special instance
and request, more fully set out in
the complaint on file herein, and
for qosts. And you are hereby no
tified that if you fail to appear and
answer the said complaint, as
above required, the said plaintiff
will take judgment against you
for the sum of nineteen hundred
dollars and costs,

is now kept by the undersigned,

quors and cigars are al ways kept.
Mr. Jones also wishes to inform

the accommodation of teamsters
