6. The amonnt of the capital stock of said
corporation is and shall be fifty thousand dollars
divided into 5,000 shares of the par value of 510
each; and the Board of Directors may cause the
same or any part thereof to be subscribed or
paid for in cash, or by the exchange -or transfer
of. property, real or personal, or by services
rendered, and to issue or cause to be issued the
whole or any part of said stock, as required, at
any time, or from time to time, and when so is
sued it shall be fully paid and non-assessable,
7. The said corporation shall commence on
the 29th day of July, A. D. 1908, and terminate
on the 29th day of July, A. D. 1933.
8. The affairs of said corporation arc, and
shall be, conducted by a Board of three Direct
ors, who shall be elected annually by the stock
holders of said corporation at the annuul stock
holders' meeting on the last Wednesday in the
July of each and every year.
9. The highesj amonnt of Indebtedness or
liability to which said corporation shall at any
time subject itself shall be the sum of 25,000.00.
10. The private -property of the stockholders
of said corporation is, and shall be. exempt
from corporate debts.

of Yuma county. Territory of Arizona. That
said work was done and improvements made
on said claims during and for the year 1907 in
order to hold the said claims under the pro
visions of Section 2324 of the revised statutes
of the United States and the laws of the Terri
tory of Arizona and the amendments thereof
concerning annual labor to be done on mining
claims. That there is due from you to the
undersigned the sum of fouhundred dollars on
account of your share of the said six hundred
dollars expended for annual labor on the sal u
mining claims for the year 1007, and you arc
hereby notified that if within ninety days from
the personal service of this notice upon you or
within 90 days afjer the service of this notice
upon you by publication you fail, refuse or neg
lect to contribute your portion of such expendi
ture, to-wit, the sum of four hundred dollars to
the undersigned, your interest in said mining
claims will become the property of the under
signed, your co-owner, in accordance wjth the
laws in such cases made and provided.
