It Is lia ble at any time.on the .slightest provocation, to develop itself In some insidious disease. Consumption and many other diseases are outgrowths of this impurity ot the hlnnd. Hiiod'h Hahsapakilla has a wonderful power over all scrofulous troubles, as llie re markable testimonials we have received unmistakably prove. Mkhhrs. C, I. Hnoo & Co.! Ceiitlemen JJy voungest son has always been troubled vUli Scrofulous Humor; sores In his head discharging from his ears, aud a run ning sore on the back of his ear for two years; his eyelids would fester and ulcerate, (lisehaririutr so that I was obllued to wash them open every morning, his eyelashes nearly all entiling out; he was exceedingly dainty, most of the time eating but two slight meals a day. We were unable to lind any thing that had the least eticct upon him till last spring, 1K70. we gave him two bottles of JfofnVa SarsnptiriUa. His appetite improved at once. The hack of nis ear healed up without a scar, and not a sore in his head since. Sincerely yntirs, Mrs. N. C. Sanhohn, No. 10H Merrimack St., Lowell, MasB. "We do not as a rule allow ourselves to use our editorial columns to speak of any remedy we advertise, but we feel warranted in saying a word for Hood's Karsaparilla. Harsaparllla has been known as a remedial agent for centuries and is recognized by all schools of practice as a valuable blood puri fier. It is put up in forms of almost infinite variety, but Messrs. Hood & Co., (Lowell, Mass.) who are thoroughly reliable pharma cists, have hit upon a remedy of unusual value. Certainly they have vouchers of cures which we know to lie most extraor dinary.
