If tho Republicans carry Ohio this fall, as tliey expect to, Foraker will be in full control in this State, and Kurtz is said to have reported to Quay that while the Ohio delegation will be nominally for JIc Kinley, at least two-thirds of them will be at heart for Reed, and will go to him upon the first opportunity.
