rectors, and all neccsiary ofllcers.

fied as soon as the limit of membership
baj been reached, to meet in this city, and
perfect tho organization by the election of
otlicers, ami the adoption of rules and reg
ulations lor the conduct oi all business em
braced in the scope of the ohim-ts in view.
"The objects in view will be, in ircnend
terms, tho promotion of the best iuturests
of the uicuilxirsbip as farmers in their re
lations to trades, commerce, immigration,
labor, law, etc.
"To this end, it is proposed that this or
ganization shall bo known ss Tho Inter
state Farmers Exchange, and that the said
exchange shall bear about the same rela
tionship to those of its mcinlieni who are
furmors that the Merchants' Exchanges of
all Urge cities bear to their membership,
w ho are merchants.

public examination, lists of farm pro
