A Healthy Indivimal.—ihe follow
ing is the last thing written by the late
"Artomua Ward."
" Ontill quite recent I've bin a healthy
individooal. I'm nearly sixty, and yit
I've got a musklo into my arms which
don't make my fists resemble the tread o:

man. Only a few weeks ago I was ex
hibitin in East Showhegan in a b'ldin
which had formerly been ockepied by a
pugylist—one of them fellers which hits

paying attentions to his (Fisher's) daugh
ter, has ben discharged from custody, on
the ground that the homicide was an act
justifiable in self-defence.
Mr. Auguslin Daly's drama, " A Flash
Of Lightning," hns been brought out at fht
Grtcian Theatre, London. The name of
Mr. Murdoch appears as that of a joint
author with Mr. Daly.
