settlement of the estate ot saia deceased, had
in the Probate Court of said bounty and ler
ritorv, on the 15th day of March, A D. 1869.
a balance of nine hundred, and thirteen dollars
and eichty-eight cents, was found due said
estate, and remaining in tho hands of Soloman
Warner, the administrator thereof.
The undersigned having been appointed by

session and charge of said moneys and having
