settlement of the estate ot saia deceased, had
in the Probate Court of said bounty and ler
ritorv, on the 15th day of March, A D. 1869.
a balance of nine hundred, and thirteen dollars
and eichty-eight cents, was found due said
estate, and remaining in tho hands of Soloman
Warner, the administrator thereof.
