FINANCE AND TRADE. Financial. EXCHANGE REVIEW. New York, June 24.—Apathy continues in the stock market, and today there was little animation in the regular list. While the state of silver legislation still prevents more active speculation, there is no disposition to discount the result either way. The only marked feature of the day was sugar refineries, and it was up and down again several times over a compara tively narrow range. Close was firm though dull, at small fractional gains in most of the Ist. Governments dull. Petroleum intensely dull; July closed at 89%; spot 88h'. MONEY QUOTATIONS.
