Mr. Kowan, from the Committee on Roads and Internal Navigation, reported back House Bill No. 32, to provide for opening and keeping in repair the county roads, to pass. The House agreed to the amendment. Also, petition of Wm. McClaskey, of Barbour county, asking relief. Referred to the Judiciary Committee. Also, petition oi 101 citizens of Wood county, asking legislation respecting the application of certain taxes and for other purposes, an inexpedient to legislate upon. On motion, the resolution offered yesterday, that the House meet hereafter at 9 o'clock in the forenoon, Sunday's excepted, was taken up and adopted. On motion of Mr. Faulkner, the vote by which Senato Bill No. 7, relat'ng to bail in criminal cases, was rejected, was reconsidered and the bill referred to the Judiciary Committee.
