Kelly's Regiment from Camp Cnrlile, only ft few companies and p.irts of companies have been stationed there, and since tliat time the same system of order has not prevailed. Night before last, a little row occurred among the sol diers. It Appears that some of the sol diers who had enlisted in Cnpt. Gazzam's Company, (the Zouave's, now Gibson's) Afterwards joined Capt. Planke's Company, and a good deal of ill-feeling whs engeii- j 'iered in consequcuce, Capt. Gazzam hav- ; jog sustained the m?;n at his own expense j for a considerable time. One or two little i brushes h id taken placo between the tnen ' on this account, and night before last, some of the Zouaves left their quarters a ml went down lo where Capt. I'lanke's men are quartered, and commenced talking about the afTtir, and a little row ensued, in which there was a great deal more loud ta king and yelling than anything else The difficulty could not have occurred, but that the officer of the day deserted his post. Q liet was soon restored, and we believe that no particular harm was done. j^Wlio Wants to go to Grafton?? To-morrow a special passenger train will leave the Baltimore and Ohio Railroad de p t at G o'clock, for Grafton and returning, will leave that place to-morrow afternoon at 4 o'clock. There *13 a great anxiety among our citizens to see now the brave soldiers at Grafton, now numbering five or six thousand, nre getting along. To all Mich we say tl.ere will never be a bet ter opportunity than that which will be afforded to-day. Most of the trip will be made in daylight, through a picturesque section of country, and passengers will have five or mx hour? in which to look un ond and see the.r friends. Those who want to go. must be at the depot promptly i t 6 o'clock. Piiillippi Trophies.?Nearly every body that comes up from Phiilippi brings Some incident of the rout at Phiilippi nnd some trophy of that now celebrated ckinnish. We siw yesterday a fine tooth comb which was picked up on the rebel camp ground after the evacuation. Anoth er gentleman bring.-? up a little purse or ret icule of nssoBfedita found in the same place. Still another nt-nlleman brings a iadies slipper, originally designed for a watch-fob. It was doubtless framed and embroidered by the soft hands of some se cession maiden, and presented to some gal lant soger ot the same persuasion, who ei ther didn't h ive a watch, or if he lias one intends to save it for some of JJilly Wil son's boys. Aim kstkd Again.?A young fellow named Davis was arrested some time ago in connection with two other boys for steal ing some money from the Star Foundry.? He was released on bail, and yesterday he was caught again in the act of thrusting his hand through the window of a little no tion store. He was taken before Aid. Mc Courtnry, but the gentleman from whom the young rascal attempted to steal the goods refused to prosecute out of regard for his mother. jpgy- Coustv Lrvy.?The County Court has levied the sum of twelve thousand dollars for poor purposes. In addition to this the Court has, as we mentioned yes terdiy, made a levy of five thousand dol lars for the support of the families of those who volunteered troiu Ohio county in th? service of the United States army. A levy of one thousand dollars was nlso made for the assistance of deserving poor thrown out qf employment, making in al eighteen thousand dollars. Death of an Ohio Volunteer.? Flag Present itiok.?The ladies of this city (whose patriotic labors, by the ?v.?v, should never he forgotten) have pur chased the material for a fine banner, which is to be pre>ented to Capt Latham's company of Grafton boys. The banner was i;iaue by the Messrs. Saw tell, free of charge. It is understood that the presen tation will tnkc place in front of the M' I-'ire House to-day. D?ath of an Aoeo Citizen.? A few words to the gentler sex. There > are certain periods when their cares are ?o harassing 1 that many of them -ink under the triil. The rela tion or mother and child is so absorbingly tender, j that the mother, especially if nIio be young, is apt to forget her own health in her extreme anxiety for her infant.
