Terms of Sale: One half cash,
and the balance on a credit of one
year with interest from the day of
sale, purchaser to give bond and
.mortgage of the premises sold to
secure the payment of the credit
portion, mortgage to bear interest
at the rate of eight per cent per an
num or all cash at the purchaser's
option. Terms must be complied
