On Tuesday, the 26th, at 10:30
T\Ve will begin the sale of J. Padgett Carson's farm
of 87 acres, near Harmony church and school. This is
a part of the Bacon tract in one of the best farming
sections of the State. Don't miss this sale.
Then we will go to the E. M. Padget farm,
six miles from Trenton and fourteen miles from Au
gusta on the Dixie Highway. We will sub-divide
this tract of 309 acres in six nice farms, all with good
frontage on the highway. Four 3-to-4-room houses
with barn and well at each house. Two running
streams through the place. We will cut it to the
best advantage for the purchaser. We are going to
give to each purchaser of a tract of this land free a
fine mule. The purchaser of one tract will have the
privilege of taking as many more at the same price
and get a mule for each tract.

We will begin the sale of the J, P. Hite farm of
85 acres, one 6-room house, barn} etc., two 3 and 4

From the J. P. Hite place we will next come to
the J. M. Wright place of 57.7 acres,', one 5-room
dwelling, barns and tenant houses, three miles from
Edgefield on the Johnston-Edgefleld public road.

and well, just across the R. R. tract from Mr. Frick's
planing mill. A good lot for any business purpose
where it necessary to be near the railroad tract.
Look this lot over.
The W. C. Tompkins stable will be offered for
sale again, and it is going to sell this time, so you
had better get busy.
The last place we will offer for sale is a 150-acre
farm three miles from Edgefield. We are going to
see how cheap this will seil-not how high. It will
surprise you how cheap it will go. Every one should
make a sacrifice some time during life. We are go
ing to make oun; on the 28th. Be on hand.
Mrs. Elizabeth Kemp's beautiful home with 10
acres of land will be sub-divided into lots or sold as a
whole. You will lose a bargain if you don't get one
of these lots.
Dr. A. R. Nicholson has placed in our hands his
elegant city property, consisting of 8 acres of land,
ll acres with dwelling, 2 barns, garage, etc., lot
fenced with woven wire. Six and one-half acres of
pasture land wired. A bargain for some one.
