REPARATOR CAPILLI. For restoring hair upon baid heads (from whatever canse it may have fallen out) and orcing a growth of hair upon the face, it has o equal. It will force the beard to grow pon the smoothest face in from five to eight t weeks, or hair upon bald heads in from two to three months. A few ignorant practition ers have asserted that there is nothing that ,vill force or hasten the growth of the bair or eard. Their assertions are false, as thou ands of living witnesses (from their own experience) can bear witness But many will say. how are we to distinguish the gene nine from the spurious? It certainly is d;ffi, ut, as nine-tenths of the different Prepa ations advertised for the hair and beard are ntirely worthless, and you may have alrea y thrown away large amounts in their pur, ase. Wright, the notes and accounts of the firm of Harris & Wright, as he is not the proper one, I say it was very unjust ini him in so doing, as I furnished all the funds that started the firm, with the assistance of Col. W. S. Chalmers as my surety. The conditions of the firm were, I purchased a stock of goods from IIenry Halfacre, to the amount of $777 and some cents, and J. Y. Harris was to put in the same amount in money, which he did not do, and never did put in one dallar. Now who has the right to settle Lhe firm ? The debt still hangs over me and my surety, to be paid. J. Y. Harris has received as much or more of the assets of the firm than I have. I have employed a lawyer and stated the facts to him, in every particular, and the law shall settle the whole matter.
