South Carolina, within twenty days after the
service of this Summons on you, exclusive
of the day of such service.
If you fail to answer this complaint within
the time aforesaid, the plaintiff in this action
will apply to the Court for the relief demand

other kind of fire works, in the public

and it is further ordained that it shall be
unlawful to beat drums, (except in regular
