few of her friends last Friday night.

Oscar Doyle visited the corn show
last week and visited his dear friend,
Charley Byrd, who is In Carolina Uni
versity there.

minster. Willie Verner, Horace
Wood and Gilmer Hubbard are the
students who will speak 1er the place.
Miss Pearle Verner, of Richland,
is In Seneca nursing the baby boy of
Dr. and Mrs. D. P. Thomson.
Mrs. G. W. Ballenger, who has
g> been In Baltimore for treatment, ic
expected home on Wednesday of this
week.
