Bosard, who was so severely burned by the
recent fire which destroyed Mr. Bolivar's
mill, has since died of the injuries there
received.

The other day a well dressed and
respectable looking gentleman in passing
by a lady in the waiting room at the
Depot was forced into such close quar
ters by tbe narrowness of the apartment

on tha charge of an assault with intent

secomodations, when the Trial Justice
held that even * traveller by the 8. C,
R. X., is entitled to fresh air, that to
prooure fresh air one meat and has n
right to pass out of the Station house,
and that the rest was an not of God for
whioh the R. R., Company was liable if
any body was.
