is tho homestead of the late John Harrison,
Sr.

pairing the same.

annoyance of the residents of said Town.

the owners of lots shall be required to keep
the sidewalks In front of their lots curbed
and in good conaltioa; and in case any
owner of a lot shall, after notice to himself
or agent, fal for one week to have the side

tion and curbed, the sam'e shall be 'done by
the Town Council at the expense of the lot
owner: and said owner shall be fined not
more than twenty dollars tor said failure.
