.IrEREAS the Plaintiff did on the 17th
rY day of August, A. D. 1866, file her
Declaration against the Defendant, who, (%4
it is said) is absent front and without the
limits of this State, having neither wife nor
Attorney known within the same, upon
whom a copy might be served.
It is therefore ordered, that the Defend
ant do appear and plead to this Declaration
on or before the 18th day of August, A D.
1867, otherwise final and absolute judgment
will then be given and awarded for the
Plaintiff, against him.
