Convention. We have not as yet Inquired into this
matter officially, but have been assured by some

shal, prepared to take the Amnesty oath for the
purpose of exercising their right of suffrage, that
they have been informell by him that if they have
taken the Cat h of Allegiance, and aro not worth
twenty thousand dollars, they require nothing
more to give them a proper qualification.
