have thought of doing this for some time, bat
owing to the general disarrangement of postal af
fairs, we have concluded not to do so until the
commencement of next season.
On the first of September we will commonco to
publish a country edition of Tin NEWB, and it
shall be our aim to make the paper the best eyer
iaapod in this State. We intend introducing en
tirely new features in this enterprise; it will not
be a summary of the daily, bnt will be complete
and original in itself, and we aro certain that its
patrons will bo as well pleased with it as are
