aolicit tho boarding or lodging of such Immigrant or ol

XII. Whoever ahall offend against any or either of the
provisions contained tn section l, u, a, 4, 6, lo and ll, In
thia Act. shall be ceemed guilty ol a misdemeanor, and
shall, upon conviction thereof, be punished by imprison?
ment for a term not exceeding ono year, and not less
than thirty days, or by s fine not exceeding two hundred
and fifty dollar., and not less than one hundred dollars,
or try both such fine and tm prise nm ont.
