Tills vessel is of substantial construction, and was built at Hartlepool, on the cast coast of England, a point now second only to tho Clyde in the build ing of ocean steamers. Sho Is 1172 tons, and will probably carry about 2000 bales of upland cotton. Captain Peters is an experienced and capable sea. man, and may be expected to glvo shippers and passengers tho utmost satisfaction.
