AN ACT TO REGULATE THB APPOINTMENT,
JURISDICTION, AND DUTIES OF NOTARIES
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the Senate
and House of Representatives of the
State of South Carolina, now met and
sitting in General Assembly, and by the
