annum, upon a promissory note signed by said
Wilson on the 9th day of July A. D. 1859, paya-
la to A. 1. Sands or order, and to subject to the
payment of said amount and interest, the fol
lowing premises, mortgaged by said Wilson to
secure the payment of said note .and interest
to wit: The South East quarter of section No.

east, in said county of Nemaha, to sell the same
and apply, the proceeds to the payment of said
amount and intcrest-and the costs of this action
and to foreslose all the defendents' light, title or
