that the above named Plaintiffs have commenc
ed an action in the above entitled court against
you to recover a judgment against said defend
ent, Jerome Wilson, for the sum of Two Hund
red and sixty dollars and interest thereon from
July 9th, 1800, at the rate ef sixty per centper
annum, upon a promissory note signed by said
Wilson-on'tbe 9th day of July A.IL 18o9, paya
le to A. B. Sands or order, and to subject to the
navmeut of said amount and interest, the fol
lowing premises, mortgaged by said Wilson to
secure the payment of said note and interest
to wit : The South East quarter of section No.
thir y-two in township No. five, range fourteen
east, in said county ot Nemaha, to sell the same
and apply the proceeds to the payment of said
amount and interest and the costs of this action
and to foreslose all the defendents' right, title or
equity of redemption and security to said prem
ises. Said' note iaving been assigned to these
plaintiffs by Alexander V.'Blake, executor of
the last will and Testament of A. TJ. Sands.
Now, unless you plead, answer or demur to said I
Plaintiffs petion on or before the 13th day of
October A. D. 1862, the said peiition will be tak-,
en as true and judgment rendered accordingly..
