red and sixty dollars and interest thereon from
July 9th, 18b0, at the rate of sixty per cent per
annum, upon a promissory note signed by said
Wilson on the 9th day of July A. D. 1859, paya

payment of said amount and interest, the fol
lowing premises, mortgaged by 8aid Wilson to
secure the payment of said note And interest
to wit: The South East quarter of section No.
