that the above named Plaintiffs have commenc
ed an action in the above entitled court against
you to recover a judgment against said defend
ent, Jerome Wilson, for fthe sum of Two Hund
red and sixty dollars and interest thereon rora
July 9th, 1860, at thVrate ef aixty per cent per
annum, upon a promissory note signed by said
Wilson on the 9th day of July A. D. 1859, paya
le to A. B. Sands or order, and-to subject to the
I payment of Baid amount and interest, the fol
lowing premises, mortgaged oy gaia w uson to
escure the payment of said note and interest

thirty-two in township No. fie; range fourteen
east, in Baid county of Nemaha, to sell the same
and apply the proceeds to the payment of said
I amount and interest and the costs of this action

ises. Said note having been assigned to these
plaintiffs by Alexander V. Blake, executor of
the last wili and Testament of A. B. Sands.
Now, unless you plead, answer or demur to said
Plaintiffs' petion on or before the 13th day of
October A. D. 1862, the Baid petition will be tak
tm as true and judgment rendered accordingly.
