Section, 1. Be It ordained by the City Council of the city of Akion, two-thirds of all the members elected thereto concurring, that the Mayor and Clerk of said city, In the mnnuer provided by chapter 2 of division 0 of title 12 of part ilt'3t of the Revised Statutes of Ohio, bo and they are hereby authorized and empowered lo Issue bonds of snld city, for the pur pose of providing a fund for the Im mediate payment of the cost nnd ex pense of constructing u mnln trunk sewer lu bower district No. 5, to the amount of $900, and lu denominations and payable at tho times following, towlt: Three bonds of $100, payablo In one year from their date.
