ganlzed a Benevolent Society in Cleveland, by
active firemen, to relieve those firemen ditubltd
on duty, and they desire to extend their powers

authorized to cut off or exolude such eomnanres
from the benefits of the association as do not
contribute to its funds. i

Senate Judiciary found it unconstitutional,
which was evidently a correct finding.
Tbey now ask tbe passage of II. B. 182, lo
enable them to accomplish the same object un

don their old organization, and unite under
this aot by a vote of a majority, at by section
