The special agent of the Associated Press has

looking Harper'e Ferry, which point ho left
after seven o'olock this evening.
The Confederate army had mainly left the
place; only about 9,000 remaining.

POINT OF ROCKS, June 13.
The obstructions ol tbe Baltimore and Ohio
Railroad at this point have beea removed, end
the Road re opened to Harper's Ferry, this
morning.
An Immense mass of rocks project into the
nana., leaving sunicient space, however, for
the passage of boats. The obstructions can
easily be removed by blasting.
Tbe culverts, which were attempted ito have
been blown up, are now fully repaired.
A picket guard of cavalry It stationed on the
Virginia aide, within eight of this point. Tbey
are few In numbers, not more than six, it is
