of the City of City of Columbus, That the sum of
Eleven Dollars, Thirty-one Cents, Eight and Four
tenth Mills, be and the same is hereby levied and
assessed upoa each foot trontof the several lots of
land bounding or abutting apon High street from a
point 126 feet south of Fi iend street to the south
line of South Publia Lane, as the same are desig
nated upon t a plat of the Civil Engineer, on file
in the office of the City Clerk, for the coat and ex
pense ot grading and paving the gutters and road
way with wooden blook pavement (Micolson), ex
cepting vhat part between the rails of one track ot
the street railroad, along the same, according to the
estimate of the City Civil Engineer, with the fol
