termination of tho existence of any ouch bank,
agreeably to the laws of this State, uch bank
may causo notice to bo published in all tho week
ly newspapers of tho county whero such bank is
located, for one full year, setting forth that said
bank will redeem its outstanding bills, the day
of tho oxpiration of ita charter or tho date of
tha termination ot its existence, and a copy oi
this act: and upon duo publication of such no
tice. neither such bank nor its offirors shall be
liablo to any action for tho non-redemption for
