meeting in the lecture room of the Firal
Presbyterian Church yesterday at 12
o'olock for tho pnrpoRo of examining
Dr. Howerton for admission into this
presbytery and arranging for bis in?
stallation as pastor of tho First Church
Her. H. C. Moore opened tho session
with devotional exercises, prayer being
offered by Rev. Or. Geo. D. Armstrong.
