A week ago to-day Mr. Uurnsldc, of the
Cairo and Vlncenucs railroad, was called
home to attend the sick bed of a sou ulne
years old. On his arrival ho found another
son thirteen years of ul'o, also 111, and on
Thursday, both wcro consigned to tbo samo
grave, having died of that drea 'fill disease,
tminul meningitis. Too dectased were
bright, intelligent lads, and tlio double be
reavement their parents sutler In their douth
will secure for them the sincere sympathy ol
the eniiro community.
