The Kov. Father O'Hallo'ran, who hat
boon for several years pastor of St. Pat
rick's Catholic church in this city, is to be
removed to a larger pastorago in East St.
Louis. The congregation greatly regrot
his impending lost to them. Ho has boon
a faithful pastor, devoted body and mind
to the duties of this priestly office. He is
a gentleman of kind heart, if rather un
reasonable in his judgment of those who
do not agreo with him in his religious be
