Cairo and Mr. SamuolJ Tier of Norfolk,
Missouri. Mr. Kerr Is a carpenter and
contractod with Tier to build bim a house
at Norfolk for $225, the work to be done
in a "workmanlike manner." When tbo
house wis finished there still being n
small balanco due Kerr.iMr. Tier claimed
it wis not.done iccording to contract, and
refused to pay Korr tho contract price.
Hence tho law suit. Kerr received judg
ment for $70 90.
