and the people made to understand It,
the better.
It must and will bo agitated soon by
the overburlliened eoiiiimuiltles of tlif
State.
Some mode of relict will force itclf
Into the coming campaigns, and men and
turtles will be compelled to take sides.
These corporations are the children of
the people, and they. It Is 10 be hoped,
will willingly come to the help of those
who breathed life Into them. This plan
1 is no net with inc. Ii any one can sug
gest a better one, or amendments to tliU,
