This will result in the liberation of hundreds of convicts. Concerning the probable effect oV the Court of Appeals' decision, D. E. O'Sul livan, chairman of tlie Prison Board, said the decision will release from six humlicd to seven hundred prisoners in tiro two penitentiaries.
