Mitchell. The parlies are resi
dents of Knox township, Mo

of the defendant. The buit
was brought for damages
against Mitchell for debauch
ing plaintiffs wile, alienating
her affections, and breaking
up their family relation. A
clear case was shown against
Mitchell, and although the wo
man's previous character had
not been like Caesar's wife,
above suspicion, the jury gave
a verdict for 2,500 damages.
