Mr. Felton obtained a war
rant on Tuesday morning and
went in search of the thief or
thieve?, and on Tuesday alter
noon brought to town a man
of suspicious appearance, wh'o
was questioned and put in jail
a short time, but it being the
general opinion that he was
not the one sought for, he was
allowed to go. The perpetra
ttrs of these burglaries are sup
posed to be followers alter
