A SECOND ATTACK.
About 3 o'clock in the afternoon, when

their saddle-bows patrolled thc square and

osven the crowd had to diminished that tbe
police and civil guaid succeeded in clearing
tbe place of all except those who were
going to other portions ot tbe city. No
group* were allowed to form and no per
