ING STREETS: Be It ordained by the Council of tho city of Richmond that Section 31 ot Chapter 38, of Richmond City Code; 1899, concern? ing streets, be amended and reordalned so as to read as follows: 31. Whenever the Bo.ird of-Health shall deem it Important to tho health of any neighborhood or to tho cleanliness of any lot that the said lot should bo connected with a publie sewer, the Presldont of the Board shall notify the owner ot the lot, In writing, to make such connection, and shall give such Information as will enable the owner to make the connection in the most economical manner consistent with the requirements of the Ordinances of the city, ond within thirty days after the re? ceipt of this written notice the owner shall make such connections and such ar? rangements and details of construotlc*i within the premises as may bo prescribed by the Board of Hoatth.
