was held here to-day and was well
attended. President A. P. Ro?ve made
ii!s annual address, reviewing the
conditions of the past fair, held 'n
September, and making a number' of
recommendations for the ne.\t fair,
to be held in the fall of 1913. Secre?
tary S. B. Quinn made his annual re?
port, showing all of the receipts and
disbursements of the past fair and a
balance on hand.

part of the Hammetts Goodman
knocked one of the Hammetts down
with his fist. Mr Kennedr took the
gun from one of the Hammetts and
fired it so that it could not b* used
to shoot any one. The parties were
then separated and warrants issued.
The Hamme?ts. through their attorney,
noted an appeal to the Circuit Court of
Stafford County.
